HOW TO MAKE A LEAF ROASTED COFFEE

French press:

  1. Prepare 6 g of coffee in 100 ml of water.
  2. Coarsely grind the coffee (1.2-1.5 mm).
  3. Bring the coffee to the coffee shop.
  4. Pour the coffee into a little water to cover it and wait 30 seconds for the coffee to unfold.
  5. Fill with the desired amount of water. The coffee making process takes about 4 minutes.

Advices:

The coffee needs to be brewed for about five minutes to allow it to cool slightly and for you to feel the aftertaste of all the coffee.

Espresso preparation:

  1. Finely grind the desired amount of coffee beans (8-10 g for espresso, 16-20 g for double espresso).
  2. Put the coffee in the sieve (filter) of the coffee machine and squeeze it gently
  3. Rinse the coffee machine with hot water, then screw on the coffee sieve.
  4. Let the coffee run for 25-30 seconds, during which 25-35 ml will run out.

Aeropress:

  1. Insert the filter into the bottom of the appliance. Pour hot water to eliminate the smell of paper. Pour it out
  2. Finely grind 15 g of coffee (0.3-0.5 mm).
  3. Bring coffee to the Aeropress coffee shop.
  4. Bring coffee to the Aeropress coffee shop.

Advices:

Drip method:

  2. Grind the coffee to a medium coarseness (0.7-0.8 mm).
  3. Put the filter in the coffee machine, pour hot water on it to make the paper smell.
  4. Drain the water.
  5. Pour ground coffee into the filter. Pour the coffee in water with a temperature of 92-95 ° C and wait 30 seconds.
  6. Slowly add the desired amount of water. The coffee brewing process should not take more than 4 minutes.
