"Santa Rosa SHB EP comes from the rich, volcanic soils of the Santa Rosa Valley in central Guatemala. The country's central highlands are ideal for coffee growing due to their high altitude and rich soils enriched from the surrounding volcanoes. The valley's climate allows for a slow maturation of the coffee, which concentrates the sugars and contributes to the bean's profile. Coffees from the Santa Rosa region are usually well balanced, with dominant chocolate notes.
