Our journey to the perfect cup of coffee doesn’t start at the roastery, but at the world’s best coffee plantations. We carefully select each green coffee bean harvest, searching for exceptional flavor and impeccable quality. By establishing direct relationships with growers, we ensure that only the best, sustainably grown and hand-picked beans end up in our hands. It is this uncompromising selection that forms the foundation on which we create the unique character of each of our coffees.
Perfectly roasted coffee
Roasting is an art and science that brings out the true potential of a coffee bean. Our master roasters, using experience and modern technology, tailor each coffee to a unique roast profile. We carefully monitor temperature and time to achieve the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity and body. The goal of this precise process is to not to change, but to reveal the unique flavor notes hidden in the bean, from floral aromas to chocolate or nutty aftertastes.
COFFEE PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
Freshness is our top priority, so we pay special attention to preserving the perfect taste. Freshly roasted coffee is immediately packed in special, airtight bags with a one-way valve. This packaging protects the beans from oxygen, while allowing them to naturally „breathe“ and release carbon dioxide. We ensure that each order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible, so that you receive the freshest and most aromatic coffee.
