Privacy Policy

I. General provisions 

1. This Privacy Policy governs the operation of the online store (hereinafter - lapinoskrudykla.lt) and lapinoskrudykla.lt the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the client (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your"). 
2. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts. 
3. lapinoskrudykla.lt  is guided by the following basic principles for the processing of personal data:
   • Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes;
   • Personal data is processed accurately and fairly. 
   • The processing of personal data is lawful, i.e. only where:
     • the data subject gives consent, i.e. agrees to be bound by the E-Commerce Rules;
     • the conclusion or performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
     • lapinoskrudykla.lt  obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
     • the processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued lapinoskrudykla.lt or a third party to whom the personal data are provided and where the interests of the data subject are not overriding.
   • Personal data is updated regularly.
   • Personal data shall be kept for no longer than the stated purposes of processing require.
   • Personal data is processed only by those employees who have the right to do so. 
   • All information about the personal data we process is confidential.
   • The processing of personal data shall be notified to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with the established procedures. 
4. You can use the e-shop to:
   • all able-bodied natural persons aged 18 or over;
   • minors aged between 15 and 18 years only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in the case of self-disposal of their earnings or scholarship;
   • legal persons;
   • authorised representatives of all the above. 

II. Collection, processing, storage of personal data

1. lapinoskrudykla.lt Respects your right to privacy.Your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information provided in the e-shop registration form) is collected and processed in order to: 
   • to process your orders for goods;
   • issue financial documents;
   • resolve problems with the delivery or presentation of goods;
   • fulfil other contractual obligations. 
2. You must provide complete and correct personal data when registering in the e-shop. 
3. Processing and storing your personal data lapinoskrudykla.lt implement organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure or any other unlawful processing.
4. lapinoskrudykla.lt may use data not directly related to your person for statistical purposes, i.e. data on the goods purchased. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of the Customer's identity or other personally identifiable data. 

III. Transfer of personal data to third parties

1. lapinoskrudykla.lt reserves the right to pass on information to third parties:
   • solely for the purposes set out in point 5.3 of this document;
   • only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 

IV. Changing or updating personal data

1. You have the right to change and/or update the information provided on the registration form. 

V. Transmission of information or claims

1. If you have authorised the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request that the personal data be amended or to suspend the processing, with the exception of the storage of the data, where the processing is not in accordance with the law.
2. lapinoskrudykla.lt Upon receipt of your request for processing of personal data, will provide you with a reply no later than 30 calendar days from the date of your request. Only requests for processing of personal data that are made in writing will be considered.  

VI. Changing the Privacy Policy

1. lapinoskrudykla.lt has the right to amend the Privacy Policy in part or in full by notifying the e-shop and the e-mail address indicated.
2. Amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy shall come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they are posted in the e-shopping system. 
3. If you do not agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy, you have the right to withdraw from the Privacy Policy in writing or by contacting us by e-mail - provided that you lose the right to use the e-shop services.
4. If you continue to use the services provided by the e-shop after the addition or modification of the Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted the new version.
